And the "career" is an HR hen or a Junior Account Manager whose only work output is slide decks and Slack conversations in a Jewish daycare.
When I used to work in an office every woman's desk was covered with toys and stickers. They're really just overgrown children.
Remember, it's men's societal responsibility to take care of and protect women so that they can fulfil their societal responsibilities.
Women's societal responsibility is to Eat, Pray, Love.
