You can't see the pistol on video, but you definitely see what happens after it allegedly drew. This turns out to be a good thing because the police were trying to charge the woman for owning it.
Like the bus stabbing video, this is also a really good one in my opinion because it shows what happens in these Muslim stalking/rape cases in real time, and it's almost unbelievable. The guy is completely shameless and just books it after a girl, follows her through a carded door, and climbs up the stairs after her. He has utterly no sense of embarrassment or restraint. (Also had a fiance.) It's so cartoonish and irrational that I would have trouble taking in the story if there wasn't video.
The chick is a conservathot of some kind but she quit Fox over vaccine mandates and apparently owns an illegal gun, so she can't be all bad.
edit: I don't think the gun can be illegal in TX because they have constitutional carry. I'm guessing she plead the fifth on gun ownership to dodge potential charges of disorderly conduct or assault for pointing it at the guy.
It might be illegal if there is a school or a "place of worship"(Texas legislature's own stupid vague addition as a far as I know) within a fifth of a mile of the apartment. In most urban and even suburban areas there is more area that meets that than places that don't (If anything really doesn't considering "place of worship").

And this is by design. Its like a restraining order, it exists in such a way that you are always going to be in violation and they just now always have a "valid" reason to pick you up and charge you if need be.
You could program the police record system so that if any gun charge is levied it automatically determines if any of these "enhancements" should be added.
I didn't see no fuckin gun. Neither did you, the cops, or anyone who's asking too many questions about why a woman would draw on a strange man following her home.

Greg Abbott's Texas btw. "Good thing the Dem didn't win, or Muslims would be chasing women into their own apartments!"

It's designed for selective enforcement.

Of course they don't do that.
It's up to "discretion."
Back to back SSS posts it is. Situation will be bad enough the potential victims will end up McElroy'd.
