Same people who did The Great Rebellion, which OP also shilled for.
I'm thinking more autism than shilling/scamming but, yeah...could go either way.
Best of luck to the indies, especially the "based" ones, but this doesn't look amazing at all. Very uninspired, and the trailer/screenshots don't sell it well at all, either.
Seems pretty good for a prototype. Most crowdfunded games are already getting money from publishers + other finance channels, so it's not a realistic depiction of what early-stage development looks like. Having any art at all at this stage is good.
You still have to sell it, and you have to show something. Why should someone crowdfund this, for a potential game down the road, when they could just buy existing games that do a lot of the same things, for example?
Again, I don't hate it or them, and I wish them the best, but they're just not really showing much so far.
What exactly is on the linked page, if not something?
The page shows early gameplay videos with working mechanics, concept art, and lays out the overall concept for the game. It's not a fully polished game but that's exactly what you should expect from an authentic indie crowdfunding effort.
Kvltgames also has a track record of delivering. Their stuff is mechanically solid and enjoyable in itself, not just meme-tier slop like that Kyle Rittenhouse game or Steam shovelware.

Why would anyone crowdfund anything, when you can play 30 years worth of back catalog games? Why watch new TV, movies, read books, or listen to music?
I mean honestly I don't understand the point of your comment. If you're so autistic that you've checked out of living in anything that's present-day, then why bother commenting? Log off and enjoy your shit until you die.
I don't expect a videogame to change the world but it's not a bad thing to play a new game for a few hours once in awhile and blow some shit up. Even better if that game is actually promoting some good ideas, and not the typical Niggerworship and Faggotry.
There are so many games out there, I never understood the need for more, I hardly have time to even watch the news half an hour a day, I guess it is a kids thing that have plenty of time to waste.
I don't even know what genre Mass Effect is. All I ever heard about it up to release was that you could romance people, and on top of the fact that I haven't liked Western AAA games since before it was popular to not like Western AAA games, I had no interest in a romance simulator (holy shit was that a harbinger of things to come) so I skipped it. And then everyone was pissed about the end of 3. That's pretty much the extent of my knowledge of the series. And now I still don't care to know what genre Mass Effect is.
So yes, you can just ignore media that people spend literally thousands of hours on and get on with your life perfectly well.
If you're posting links to shitstarter/indiefaggot you might want to spend a paragraph or two explaining why anyone should care. Or is this your scam?

It is pretty shortsighted to think that you can just ignore media that people spend literally thousands of hours on.

Are you a woman, or otherwise incapable of understanding that there are other people in the world who behave differently from you?
Oh, it's retarded.
I'm a different guy but i have a similar experience with mass effect, and yes I can recognize that some people are retarded and behave as such.
Exhibit A being you.
You can't even follow his argument.
