Here we have a contractor for Walmart who was busted taking kickbacks for H1b hiring, and the comments have me asking:
Why are all the white IT professionals who are now out of jobs due to age discrimination and H1b visa abuse not banding together and utterly destroying their competition in price, security, and general all around more useable software?
I have a CS degree myself that I know I can't use as a 53 year old White guy, but I mean, we know how shitty pajeet are on actually writing code, why are there not white ran competitors to every pajeet run piece of software out there eating their f*ing lunch?

There’s no point. Courts exist to disenfranchise whites. There is no peaceful solution, and it’s illegal to talk about non-peaceful ones. You’re not even allowed to do it here. The law says “white genocide,” and whites don’t break the law. That’s why.

In the mean time, you can achieve what OP is saying by just never admitting it. It isn't illegal to have an all-white company, it's illegal to SAY you want an all-white company. Just say you will only hire 'skilled' workers and then disqualify all the wrong people as 'unskilled'. Don't get HR and don't ever accept VC money. Never take the ticket.
The company I worked for was all white, but then they accepted the 30 shekels of silver and began diversifying. Now all their talent has left, they're being hollowed out and collapsing for the exact reason OP states. When your job requires real work, you need whites.
In the end, the money collapse will solve this. Only then will people be free to fix the system.

It's hard to start a business and get clients or vendors without money. jews see you opposing them and cut off any possibility you have.
If you do create a business they will make it impossible for you to survive- either sell it to them (so they can take what they want and trash the rest) or you go broke.
jews want jeets working for them because it is a very small step above slavery and they will do what they are told. Illegals were slaves but now Trump has made employing them hard or impossible so they are now focusing on jeets, who are pretty much slaves themselves.

A lot of tech is leftist. Even with layoffs and open discrimination most are either denying it or simply take it as a fact. It is what it is.
That being said, there are small companies that are formed that manage to do that.
Gruntwork is a handful of people being competitors to hashicorp's terraform. Not only that they offer great solutions for low prices.
Recent survey found that a large chunk of devops are using terragrunt. So their much more successful relative to their size.

This is true, but I don't think it's as much of a stronghold as people like to believe. There's an awful lot of military veterans in the industry who lean right and there's a Libertarian streak a mile wide mixed in there too. So as bad as it is, it's not some monolithic pillar of Leftism. The leadership positions and all the non-technical roles are a different matter entirely.
That's not a good thing.

They can't be competing with Terraform if their tool requires you to have Terraform installed.

They have opentofu. an open source terraform and they also offer solution for cloud landingzone that makes the terraform enterprise a lot less appealing.
It's not an alternative to the DEI tech industry, though. Gruntwork is just as anti-White as any other tech company.
I've only worked with white male engineers from them so I'm not sure if that is true. They even had on their site that they are equal opportunity employers so no direction for inclusivity and representation.
However they did swap their sales rep to an Indian woman that I've talked to once.
Funny thing, she had a thick Indian accent and a colleague asked her where is she from. She said Texas and then started talking in a Texas accent, it was so fake and shallow
If they become large enough they will turn in pajeet center in a year after they have some Indian managers.

Their CTO is a jew, which already says it all, and one of their "senior" engineers is a nigger. There are almost zero nigger programmers out there, so any company that has one is automatically suspect.
Never worked with the black dude, other then that all engineers seem to be white and one latino looking.
Still this almost entirely white men in a world that hates white people and screams racism if they're more then 50% represented
I find the jewish CTO more concerning than the nigger. The jewish people are at war with Whites and intend to wipe us off the face of the Earth, and they operate by weaselling their way into leadership positions.
The fact that the founders trust him to be CTO suggests that the have no idea that jews do this. Or, it could indicate that their investors are jews and demanded that the founders put a jew in a high position.
No jewish-controlled company is pro-White.
The problem is everyone is scaterred. I'm not white but I am an IT professional, and American culture is based on meritocracy. The people pulling these strings are tribal. jews at the top, jeets in the ranks.
I reached out to varius companies and stsrtuos asking for a job, every single one he'd a jewish CEO and a bunch of Indian engineers.
They all have networks of their own people that they use to reach out and get connected.
White people in America dont do that. They have minimal family ties and even fewer real friends (drinking buddies at the sports bar dont count).
Its also the reason I screwed myself, I never made a network in uni and I have little family to help so the result is the same.
We have each other here. I have seen game collabs in KIA2 before. We don't have to be splintered. I don't have a network either, as I prefer to be alone, but I do have you reprobates, so maybe we could get something built in here.
You can't get much funding if your plan isn't hire the cheapest labor possible
