Yeah it's pure slacktivism. Meant to give people the impression they're doing something to help, but really it does basically nothing at all.
At least the "Stop Killing Games" and calling mastercard/visa stuff actually impacts people, even if it probably won't have that huge an effect, it's more than some empty poll.
SKG at least did it through the official channel that forces the EU legislation to actually meet and discuss the issue. Its why Ross, an American, did it there instead of here.
