What federal law did that violate? Murder is a state crime.
Even if you wanted to claim that it was a hate crime... where's the evidence of it? The police who investigated don't believe there's evidence of the murder being racially motivated. Nothing in the police report says anything about it being racially motivated. None of the witnesses claim it was racially motivated.
There's literally nothing for the feds to do here.
Cursing out a Jew and giving them a light shove isn't a federal crime, yet here we are.
It shouldn't be, but it can' be considered a hate crime if you are attacking people because they are jewish.
So the determining factor is whether or not the assailant can lie convincingly? In a climate where whites are systemically disbelieved and blacks are worshipped?
