Because that seems crazy. Jews weren’t liked as far as I know. Did he see it happening in Germany and just surmise it was the plan for all of Europe? Why’d he attack France? Was it revenge for the shit they pulled after WWI? If kingdom hearts is light, why were there dark spawn in there?

Yeah one of the biggest things was during WWI he saw people on the back lines and at home actively sabotaging the war. It only takes a little bit of investigation to find out the people behind that. That is the "stab in the back" which has since been labeled as a "myth" and simply propaganda.
That too, yeah. Even if you want to label Jewish media turning against Germany and getting the US into the war as a myth, the SPD (Social Democratic Party) committing a coup against the Kaiser (by forcing him to abdicate) to take over power for themselves is anything but a myth. And after that they immediately stabbed the communists (who they worked with to achieve the coup) in the back.

Officially, the French opposed the Bolsheviks in the 20's. But the French government was very unpopular with the French. Between 1920 and 1940 there were 17 French governments as various coalitions formed and collapsed to keep the French communists from participating in any government.
By the 1930's, the government had to acknowledge the reality that a significant minority of the French DID NOT and WOULD NOT perceive the Soviets as enemies, but rather as the continuation of the Revolution, and so shifted towards a policy of communist containment and a weak alliance with the USSR.
The whole of Europe was aware of France's situation. That of all the European countries, France was the most predisposed to fall to communism, and that the French government was weak because it was spending all its effort simply keeping the socialists out of power.

The US was involved long before Pearl Harbor. Be it supplying one side with goods while cutting the other side off or by helping Britain in sinking German submarines. And Japan was deliberately provoked or rather baited into attacking by the US government too.
But we can also go back to WW1. Then there was absolutely no reason to get involved. Which is why the sinking of the RMS Lusitania (who was carrying war materials) was deliberately provoked to get a flimsy casus belli.
