Archive.is link to the article in question.

GhostArchive link as well, since archive.is can be funky sometimes.

Absolutely absurd.

Evil. I'm not generally an accelerationist, but I do think there are some problems that can't be solved until they really expose themselves, so I also see the upside here of them going full mask off. Fucking do it, faggots. Say hating on race and sex is protected under anti-discrimination laws, if its the correct race and sex.

Mask off, say discriminating against whites and men is protected by all that bullshit.

That's the only upside here; they're making an utter mockery of the systems that hurt us, which may lead to their eventual downfall. Fuck you, UK retards...but also thanks. Let's go.

They already say all those things and it hasn't really mattered. It's entrenched in Canadian constitutional law that whites and men are less protected than others and there hasn't been a true downfall yet. That's been law since the 80s here.

Now that is a mental pretzel to twist your head around. Your own personal discriminatory beliefs are protected under anti-discrimination law. Fascinating.

Your own personal beliefs

The state's preferred beliefs that is. I was just thinking about that the other day. This is actually always going to be the eventual outcome of "anti-discrimination", "civil rights", "forced secularism", or any law that removes freedom of association. It will always end up killing traditional moral structures and replacing them with state enforced structures that shift with cultural trends. It is a core failure of liberalism. (and the preferred goal of communism)

Unless, of course, your belief is that "I'm a white man and I'm not a demon."

These vaguely worded laws are the sign of retarded civil servants.

The UK used to have qualified civil servants - by a world famous entrance exam. But they removed it for the sake of DEI.

Now the judges can act with complete discretion- if they hate you or your company - you are fucked.

In the US - if a law is vaguely written it is “void for vagueness”

Someone mentioned he may be back at the end of the month. Then again if he's still in the UK he may find he no longer has access to this site what with the online access changes meant to be happening then.

Judge Alliott also said the court took note of the fact that “glass ceilings” for women are often referred to in political debate and demonstrated by reference to the under-representation of women on the boards of FTSE 100 companies.

No mention of flip side where men do all the dirty work to keep the world running? How surprising that this judge defaults to the apex fallacy...

Jews created this cancer, but it's women who are its biggest vectors. If conservatives weren't such colossal bootlicking pussies, they would have let trannies destroy women's spaces as poetic punishment, but alas
