I think it's hard to say. One one hand, Korean Judges are brutal. Don't go looking for mercy in Korea. Otoh they may not sentence him to too long a stint to avoid looking bad & scaring tourists.
The Biden admin would have gone & bailed him out, like that basketball girl. But Trump will not. Maybe after he's served 3 years? Maybe.
