I don't really follow the VTube scene, much less the male one, but it is surprising that most of the male ones that seem to get traction are the androgenous twinky sort, from what little I've seen.
You'd think we'd see more He-Man types. I'm sure they're out there, but they don't seem that popular.
That's because He-Man characters require a He-Man voice, and most male VTubers I imagine sound like the androgynous twinky types (correct me if I'm wrong, because I don't follow the scene and have no idea if this is actually true).
For women, so long as they don't sound like a complete lard arse, they can get away with a cute avatar. For a guy, if he has a cool, buff-looking bloke as his avatar, you're at least half expecting him to sound as cool as he looks. If he sounds kind of nerdy/twinky, then it completely ruins the visage.
Again, I could be wrong -- and maybe the male VTubers sound like Ray Winstone or Kevin Grevioux and just decided to stick with twinky avatars. But if they did sound like Winstone or Grevioux, then by all means they SHOULD be using those He-Man avatars to full effect.
I mostly follow Japanese Vtuber/streamer scene, I don't think I see any sort of he man or brolyesque musclebound characters. Kinda says a lot Japan isn't that crazy about musclebound or meathead type, and they still like androgynous type of characters.
I don't really fault her for the character design any more than I would fault a guy for choosing a character that looks like He-Man.

i've seen a transformers/gundam male vtuber. (though he was streaming even before he became a vtuber) and also Vedal is a turtle male vtuber.
IIRC itsagundam has his Char model. On top of that I think E; R now has one also?
There's a now inactive Battletech VTuber who was just an orange slime. Like, JRPG style slime. That dude was pretty okay.
