My company was acquired late last year and the number of incompetent women on the buyer's integration team is astounding. I'm talking literal retards who ask the same question 5+ times over a period of a few weeks.
Here's a thought: when you ask a question, write down the fucking answer so you can refer back to it later.
For the first time in my career I have a female boss and it’s awful. I didn’t think anything of it at the time but all discussions are won/lost by whoever had the best zingers, and she only hires women who are uglier than herself, regardless of how unqualified they are. Someone with ten years of relevant experience could walk in the door but if she’s skinny with no tattoos she’s not making it past the initial phone screening. I hate to sound misogynistic but she fills all the bad stereotypes of a female boss and I hate it

Then came annual review time and I shit you not, she gave me a bad review and told me, "You need to learn how to handle issues on your own without calling me every time there's an exception."

Had female bosses for half my career. The key is to flatter them and treat them like [good] children.
