It will be interesting to see what % of the national popular vote the PPC will get tomorrow.
I also wonder if Max managed to get candidates in 338 ridings.
I fear their support will slip compared to 2021 because
a) COVID BS isn't on the ballot this time
b) Poilievre did a much better job than O'Toole in catering to the disaffected vote
c) national polling has them virtually imperceptible
d) their by-election performances have been pretty discouraging
Apparently despite having all the candidates ready, at the very last second 70 of them withdrew.... Weird, huh?
I suspect it is more that people are morons willing to vote for people that were OK with locking them down, because the idiot box told them to.
A- It sure is, for those with a memory better than a goldfish.
B- Pierre just released the platform, which is almost a carbon(see what I did there) copy of the Liberals with a different timeline. As per usual.
c- National polling isn't tell tell what people are thinking, but to convince people to think a certain way. Surely in 2025, this hasn't been lost on you?
d - Much like the 70 dropped candidates, how the CPC/Libs worked to exclude the PPC from the debates, if you look into the election you start to see a pattern.
I used to follow J.J. as, despite obviously being a leftist, he kept his shows fairly honest and representative of every view, and talked about interesting subjects, like vintage campaign trinkets or the history behind countries' flags. Then last summer he just said "Yeah, screw that" and went full TDS.
This is literally the first time I've so much as heard his name, since.
He did consider himself conservative but he may as well be a boomer conservative since his views, as far as I've heard, are neither right wing nor conservative
PP saw how successful Carney was by copying PP so now PP is just copying Carney. I don't mind. I've been calling the CPC nothing but the liberals in blue for years now so the more he makes that obvious, the more he'll wakeup the rest of the sleeping CPC voters in Canada.
I can't believe so many angry "conservatives" think voting PP is going to solve Canada's problems.
Yeah an increase to 14 million compared to the cbc with 1.7 billion. For local independent journalists, maybe read the article instead of the headline/byline
Conservatism 2025 is Fagotry and will remain that way until the Jewish Question is once again asked and answered.
As a PPC member, An avid Canadian Nationalist. A long time 'conspiracy theorist' ..
Who really didn't see that coming?

you forgot e) elections are fake and gay
Well, I guess we're going to have to see.

Remember the media is the last guard to check government power. 🙄🙄
"conservative party" in every single country (even our own, AKA rhinos) are just libs in disguise.
And then, by total coincidence, their coverage of him improves.

His cartoons were fun. I enjoyed his talks about videogames and his work in Japan as well.

Wait, are you talking about Pierre ''It's a pretty big honour for a simple Goy from the prairies to stand before you today.'' Poilievre? Wow
