It's pretty funny; Piers has been wrong about almost everything, often comes around to things later, and acts like he hasn't been wrong about everything.
I have nothing wrong with people changing their opinions - we all do it - but when you've been wrong as much and as significantly as Piers...you'd think you'd at least be a little less confident in your positions.

It's funny, Piers is empty, and a retard on plenty, and I don't like him per se, but I think he's somewhat enjoyable. And he's at least willing to talk to people, to his credit. Piers is, as mentioned, wrong about a ton, but he seems sort of alright.
His M.O. is to say the most controversial thing he can in order to antagonize one side or the other and drive viewership, clicks and traffic. He has no principles, no ideological consistency and he doesn't actually believe anything he says or care about its veracity or truthfulness. He's just an extremely successful grifter.

It's not just a random claim because he's pro israel. It's not even an anti-semitic claim (an anti semitic claim would look like "those damn jews are torturing tommy in prison!"). Rather, it's only to say, that his treatment in prison is partly resultant from relationship with israel.
