Why is it so hard to just say "Infiltrate the meeting of the Jews. They are NOTORIOUS for clandestine meetings like that, that stereotype exists for a reason.

Regardless, if you look at history, Jews who converted were treated as Christians, with some exceptions - though that is not for any racial reason, but because they (like descendants of heretics) were suspected of continuing to be Jewish and Judaizing.
Usury is also a sin in Judaism, they just are allowed to do it to non Jews. It technically is a religious and racial economic mode.
