That entire concept didn't exist. People who did, disliked the Jews for their religion, not for their ethnicity.

Regardless, if you look at history, Jews who converted were treated as Christians, with some exceptions - though that is not for any racial reason, but because they (like descendants of heretics) were suspected of continuing to be Jewish and Judaizing.
Usury is also a sin in Judaism, they just are allowed to do it to non Jews. It technically is a religious and racial economic mode.
