Article gives no mention if he is blind or just "legally blind." Because that's a pretty important distinction here.
Also, like is 90% of the case in these types of stories, everyone at the store probably didn't want to deal with the possible consequences of trying to "do the right thing." Because then they are both infringing on constitutional rights and openly attacking a disabled man by doing so. Both range from very illegal to absolutely getting them fired, with a guarantee of at least getting them in a lot of trouble.
So basically, this guy went in and got to use his victim/disability privilege to make a lot of guys very uncomfortable while catering to him for his little story and is now trying to make it seem like everyone else is the problem.
Yeah - ticks me off that the little busy body has so much free time that he can just cause problems for even legitimate blind people wanting to conceal carry. Yes, they probably shouldn't be shooting into a crowd... but if they're alone and get attacked, it's STILL their right to defend themselves!
Blind people (fully, not just legally) probably shouldn't have guns at all if we are all being honest. But that's not for a random store to decide, that's a decision a grown man and his family need to make with one another. Not everything needs the government to make a rule about it, even if that's what he seems to want.
Yes, the only reason to get a permit in Indiana is because they have agreements with most other states that allow CCW to recognize each other's permits. And even that's becoming pointless since something like half the country is constitutional carry now.
So the stupid uber leftist blind guy decides that blind people like himself shouldn't be able to conceal carry a gun because "they might kill people with it", like if he drove a car!!
Meanwhile, in the mirror universe, the uber leftist blind guy demands that he has the right to carry a gun because it infringes on his basic human rights!

does Indiana have a shooting qualification for CCW? because if he could pass one, I see no reason not to let him have it.
I believe the permit is now just a formality in Indiana as permitless concealed carry is the law.

RETARDS, ALL.
He’s going to accidentally shoot himself with it or something lol.
I am 100% in support of his right to do so.
We can only hope.
Blind people can defend themselves at contact ranges perfectly well, this is not hard to figure out.
The one Amendment that's only a sentence and these retards can't figure it out.
That's what they always say.
