So Vivek is falling on his sword for the H1B blunder.
While Elon remains too valuable of an asset to cast away so easily even though Musk was even more clownish than Ramaswamy with his spergout.
Elon may also have had an Indian running his twitter on Christmas, which would account for "did you make this lie," an oddly jeet-like statement.
Plus he may self-deport to Mars.
Also also, Elon didnt directly attack Americans or American culture to the same degree Vivek did.
That's a really good insight actually. Elon asserting Americans don't have the right skills is in a way less personal than Vivek going after people's culture and upbringing, even if the former called people "subtards."
It is hilarious to see Vivek try so hard and rise to the top so quickly, only to be completely smacked out of the political scene by revealing he actually hated American culture and looked down on it.
Considering Elon walked out of that drama and is now into Gamer Dick Measuring where its becoming well known that he pays people to play his accounts for him too, it would make some sense.
But that's also one of those things that if you didn't agree with what was being said, you'd admit someone stole your Twitter to say it and you apologize for the confusion.
I can think of a few reasons Elon wouldn't want to reveal that Rajnesh Pundabaaba was running his account (if that's what happened - it could've been 100% him).
One, he's been investigated for financial crimes for "inappropriately" influencing the stock market with his tweets. Maybe the fact that someone else covers for him on X would help his legal protection there, or it could throw a monkey wrench into it.
Two, he loses a lot of the power of X when people assume that an H-1B is tweeting instead of the richest man in the world.
Three, and maybe most importantly, he loses a lot of the Most Interesting Nerd in the World cachet. This is a guy who won't cop to hiring a smurf in PoE and beefs with reaction streamers. If people like Joe Rogan realize he falls a little short of a 13-year old's fever dream of a hero that can design rockets with one hand and world rank in video games with the other while posting dank memes 24/7, that would immensely hurt him.
Now you might say that burning bridges with the online right isn't worth those things, and maybe that's correct, but I could see the cost benefit working out the other way in his mind.
Those are all fair ideas and would make sense with Mr. Ultra Autist Musk to think in terms similar to that.

I'm still in two minds about him. On the one hand he occasionally had good takes on the other he also had some really retarded takes and then there's also the whole "im a pro gamer" thing. I'd still like to point out that he at least shows willingness to listen to people. He might just be very autistic but at least has the mind to hear other opinions.
Watching the JRE interview clips that 2lazy2try strung together, he has a solar system-sized ego about some things, which isn't really surprising but the way that it manifests is.
