Which is oddly enough not named after the country of Jamaica. I heard it was rather an Indian word.
At least according to one of the comments, a shooting has happened at that club before. People look for connections, so some will jump to terror (because we did already have two today!), but it probably is more likely - if that comment is correct - that this was some gang violence or something similar.
We'll just have to wait and see, but provisionally I'm thinking it was a retarded retard, not a retarded terrorist.
It was definitely a gang thing. Multiple shooters targetting a specific group that were outside the club.
