Why do you say that, because we were introduced to a federal agent antagonist? It was inevitable we'd have to see consequences of the main duo's actions. Society at large still sees the aliens as a net positive, so of course the authorities would intervene when dozens of aliens suddenly go missing.
The manga is making the protagonists look too vicious , killing random aliens that haven't really done anything, without giving more reasons for why we should hate the aliens. Its making the protagonists look like psychopaths. And humanizing the aliens by giving them missing posters . That's why i think its going to go down the villain protagonist route.
The intruding neighbors are made into the major annoyance of the chapter, rudely demanding that the protagonist sign a petition to overhaul the entire building for their own comfort at the expense of the humans.
And the handful of aliens the male protagonist kills are street punks.

One which is openly complaining about losing its license, presumably its driving license, going right into a flashback about protag's family who got hit and runned.
too early to tell if you ask me. they did say they were going to become alien serial killers at the end of the first chapter, this chapter seems to have just continued with that trend. I won't pass judgment until at least the first 10 are out.
I mean it can still be good. There are A LOT of villain protagonists that do evil things but for an actual greater good.
An example off the top of my head, look up The Executed Sage is Reincarnated as a lich and starts an all-out war. It might just be 1st chapter hook that goes downhill or something good need more chapters to tell.
Given other types like Eren or Light, there's more chance of them dying before they complete their work than cucking. Asian readers REALLY hate phoney change of heart like that.
Like I've read stuff where it takes 100 chapters for a change of heart, they REALLY go down the long road on that shit in Manga/Manwha.
Eren did cuck in the end though . he only did 80% instead of 100%. And then he acted like it wasn't about saving Eldiens and more about simping for Mikasa in the end
My prediction is that there was an asteroid and that the aliens arent intentionally making humans into a lower class in their own world, but when the characters learn this they decide that killing them is still justified anyway.
It was obvious from the midway point. Also obvious from the fact the author is apparently a radfem dyke, but additionally obvious because of the comically-portrayed phallic imagery. I told you guys so.
i mean if the author is a radfem she at least isn't delusional about thinking guys and girls are the same , considering the part of the chapter where the male protagonist is depicted as stronger than the female protagonist and the female protagonist says that the guy could open the bottle but she couldn't because guys have more muscles.
Hey I'm not saying it's bad, I'm enjoying it so far. I'm just saying the first two chapters are full of red flags if someone is looking for a based chudler manga (like I am) (which is ironically just frieren)

Their existence on Earth is enough to justify their extermination. No quarter for the xenos!
well yes. For us that is an understandable position. But for normies it isn't
Let the normies whinge.
Sounds like the normies need a visit from the Inquisition.
A normie didn't write this. Whether they're on our side or the other side, they're certainly not a normie.
I didn't really get that sense.

Correct take

As long as the villain protagonists don't cuck and be like "i was wrong about aliens" in the end .
Given other types like Eren or Light, there's more chance of them dying before they complete their work than cucking. Asian readers REALLY hate phoney change of heart like that.

Yeah, and the writer got crucified in the reviews for it. The ending was incredibly unpopular.
This feels less of a cuck more of a "I really can't stop fate" deal.
I mean when you're against two Ackermans, some Titan shifters and you recently had your neck blown off my an anti titan gun, 80% ain't bad lol.
I didn't really feel the vibe was any different from the first chapter.
I don't know why any of you were expecting much from this one.
My prediction is that there was an asteroid and that the aliens arent intentionally making humans into a lower class in their own world, but when the characters learn this they decide that killing them is still justified anyway.
it's barely 100 pages in and considering the set-up might be about as long as CSM part 1, so just strap in for the ride for now

best case scenario is maybe the female main character is the author's self insert or something.
Here's hoping she turns out to be those weirdly based-on-everying-else dykes who hates foreigners
