Correct. Asmon is just a run-of-the-mill streamer who occasionally states the obvious.
Oh, I thought it was just a more up to date way to say 'vlogger', like how people use the term 'emoji' instead of 'emoticon'.
Vlogger stands for video blogger. Vtuber is as said before, virtual youtuber. Which technicly is a flawed term, because most of them are twitch users. Not youtubers.
Not really correct. Many internet video sites are called Tubes, as in TV Tubes. Youtube was named because its "you, on TV". So Vtuber is actually virtual tv broadcaster.

Emojis are rendered drawings, emoticons are using normal characters to make the appearance of facial expressions.
