Correct me if I'm wrong (seriously, I invite it), but why are people calling her a dude?
I think she's just a really ugly woman--inside and out.
I saw the grainy bodycam footage first and she walked and sounded like a dude. It's crazy seeing the high res photos afterwards. It's a miracle Africa didn't voluntarily depopulate centuries ago if she's an au naturel woman.
Mostly because of the tendency to be as ugly and unfeminine as the average troon.
Don't know when it started (this is the first day I have heard of this story), but some tweeter(s) claimed she was a man (one of them was posted here).
It may have been an assumption based on the video. She was extremely tall (6 ft 6 in), had a deep voice, and didn't necessarily look feminine in the body cam footage.
True, but the tallest player in WNBA history, the late Margo Dydek from Poland, was 7'2" and was definitely a woman, because she got pregnant and had a kid.
Not a WNBA fan, I just happen to know that.
So I see why people would think this, but I say there's enough room for doubt either way.
Girl = GUY IRL, clearly.
It's the safest assumption.
