One problem tossing up a picture like that is that you have to show the original source of that photo to validate your point. That image could have originally come from a citizen photographer.

There is a foreign agency that spends all of its time and resources researching the most psychologically damaging terror attacks that can be inflicted on Western conscious. Repeating the truck attacks would become empty noise.

A suspect was arrested, but it's not the guy on the photo. "Heimatgefühl", the source Klaus Arminius mentioned, has already deleted the photo. It's not him.
