Is it because he's an enemy actor and this is a containment board and allowing it to be overrun with other bad actors jams up an otherwise useful stream of information during election season?
A new profile/user, denoted by the handshake icon next to their name. Since this is a relatively small niche forum on an already small niche site, the vast majority of handshakes are alts and/or subversives, trolls, and shills.
I did. It definetly works, and it's definetly removing posts, but it doesn't remove all of them. Our most aggressive brigand and spam bots seem to be able to get around it, and I have no idea why.
"spinster foids" is 35 year old virgin talk for "women who turned me down".
"Spinster" is an older term for older single women that's been making a bit of a comeback. There's a Spinster domain on Fediverse that oscillates between based (usually about troons) and bat-shit (usually about normal men).
"Foids" is short for "femoids", a weird meme of "females" that I don't know the origin of.
That would require Dom to get his head out of his ass and hiring more mods, something he has demonstrated time and again that he will never do (even if it takes this board, if not the entire scored.co domain, down in the process).
We would be fine if Dom would actually get more mods, but no, he needs to keep as tight of a grip as possible on this place and as a result it remains a major issue.
Posted it before and I'll post it again, it's borderline malicious now
You've also posted before, and likely will again, about wanting to be the one who mods instead despite the almost universal opposition to the idea, [+6/-22/99 comments ratio], which you then sperg out towards, both on here and on the Meta board, oscillating between whiny indignation that you aren't being given the reigns and pseudo-intellectual apathy about how you've going to go make your own treehouse with blackjack and hookers.
he's nothing more than a domain squatter and needs to be removed
I've pretty much migrated to the fediverse and encourage others to do the same
I don't think the solution is to abandon this fork and fragment this community further by going elsewhere.
For people serious about the mod situation here, likely the most effective strategy is to demonstrate to the admins that this place has been sufficiently abandoned by existing mods to warrant their intervention and the appointment of new mods.
Yes. Feel free to speculate as to why Dom has chosen not to.
cough election year cough

Oh shit. Am I the baddie?

Have you considered asking the admins, who when asked by me and half a dozen other people here are baffled that you haven't fixed it yourself?
Or even the ConPro guys who have actually driven this fucker off?
He did ask the ConPro mods. Our responses were pretty much all the same: "hire more mods to keep moderating active throughout the day."
True
So why haven't you done that?
Yes, and the ConPro staff haven't really given directions on the filter, specifically. I need to get on the Discord link that C sent a while back.
Because the accounts are “sleepers” who have been “seasoned” in some way. Here is the most recent one to slip by:
https://communities.win/u/donaldxgoofy/
If you look, it’s over a year old, despite being a handshake still
That would explain one issue.
The handshakes and sleeper accounts seem to be quite active as we approach the election, sowing discord where none would normally be.
Nothing different than four years ago. Or eight.
Huh?

The new conspiracy should be that Dom's the one posting just to give himself something to do.

This being a post that does both.

Who was the cocksucker that completely trogged out and shut down KIA when he had a full TDS mental snap?? That's what I'm predicting with DoM atp lol
david-me
No one knows what the Fediverse is Lethn.
There are very few people even in this niche corner of the internet who can be as autistic as you.
Would be nice if Dom did his job. But that would require more than a token gesture.
So he'll eventually turn up, say how wonderful he is and everything he's doing so well, and then fuck off back to reddit for the rest of the week.
Don't forget about him getting his quota of rule 16 bans for regulars filled before he leaves.
Or just make it a user option to screen them out.
Block does hide topics on the kotakuinaction2.win url. It blocks posts, too through communities.win
It's been working well for me. Thought it didn't work, but apparently it does at least sometimes.
I am going to tickle you violently
