Manufacturing wins wars. America has none.
They have Tesla and Space X at least, kinda sad that a South African is one of the leading people keeping America in the manufacturing game apart from weapon contractors.
SpaceX is a government grift and Tesla makes glorified toys for environmentalist NIMBYs. It's fucking retarded how Musk mumbling "muh robotaxis" is enough to pump up TSLA's overvalued stock, stock that already priced in said robotaxis that don't exist yet.
America is in second place to China's first place, and we've got about 60% of their capacity. We're also growing our industrial output at about 2x the rate of China, who has significantly slowed down.
Plus we make actual good shit. We produce quality products and high tech stuff, while China makes cheap shit and crappy electronics.
We're fine on a manufacturing front.
We are losing a lot but not quite as hollowed out as the UK. But on our way
I mean, if "not quite as hollowed out as the UK" is our standard of measurement, we might as well just quit right now.
We’re at the stage in the life cycle where our mouse brains will be forced to head towards the smell of cat piss so the parasite can transition to its next host (china)
People forget that Germany also had the most advanced military in WW2
