Funny, kinda reminds me of Dianne Abbott, for context she's the member of parliament who was (i shadow chancellor iirc. She could not count, remember her own talking points nor indeed could she put her shoes on the correct feet. Her party is currently in power here
Why does the HD2D version look the lowest quality of all those? And I mean overall, not just the lips thing.
Also, talk about insensitive, doing shit like this to Toriyama's art not even a year after his death.

Cause they are racists?
It makes it seem even more racist that they thought it was already racist then changed it.
Will they eventually ban photos of blacks for portraying racial stereotypes?
Is it me or by removing the lips it looks more like those black comics from the 1800s?

If you're talking about the anime, the dub got Beau Billingslea, who is black, to voice Jet Black.
Beau Billingslea did a great job in the role, though, so that more than makes up for it.
Too bad racial casting almost never works out this well.
