The DEI incompetence angle is a psyop. This was a deep state hit all the way.

Closest rooftop is unsecured plus there’s a fucking ladder? No social media presence for a 20 year old leftist? They magically can’t get into his phone?

“Muh diversity hires, amirite?”

What is the point of killing a 78-year-old obese man, who I'm sorry to say will die naturally soon enough - make him a revered martyr and God-like figure to tens of millions?

And if you're going to engage in such a high-stakes assassination attempt, why would you pick a guy who is so bad at it that 1 of his 8 (reported) bullets graze the guy's ear? Surely, as much as it is a bad to murder him, it's far worse to try and then fail.

Don't get me wrong. I don't put this past the deep state. I'm not saying they're too good and noble to do this. I'm saying they're too smart to do it. If it turns out that they're not smart, so much the better.

While your first paragraph is retarded because it's obvious what they stand to gain in the short-term, you're right about the deep state being more competent than this. Besides no social media presence? Locked phone? Those are absolutely squandered opportunities to steer the narrative. I don't think they'd be so wasteful.

you're right about the deep state being more competent than this.

Having worked as a federal contractor, I have some serious doubts about the notion that the government is competent in anything other than sporadic fits that cannot be planned around.

Considering that Trump got nothing accomplished in his first term that went against the Deep State, in their position, I would try to manage Trump rather than go to war with him. Hell, I'm pretty sure he would be in a worse position if they had not tried to sabotage him at every turn.

A president's second term is almost always a failure, or at least a disappointment. It won't be different for Trump. He likely won't get much accomplished as a lame duck, let alone when it goes against the Deep State. Now, weighing that against the downside of making him a martyr for all the ages, a new Gracchus who will inspire people 83 years from now? In their position, I'd prefer a Trump presidency 10 times over.

The people calling him the "end of democracy" would try to manage Trump instead of going to war right?

Can you also explain why it is wrong?

Assuming that was the plan, I think they just wanted to win the election. Then they would handle Biden as they see fit. And when I say "they" I don't pretend the Deep State is one coordinated blob. There are various factions with different levels of smarts.

You do realize that they're in debt now. right? They can't afford the things they could around 20, even 10 years ago.

I think it's a gambit pileup.

Kid is absolutely the product of the deep state. But that doesn't for a single second mean that the highest of the high sanctioned this.

The nature of the deepstate is that it isn't conspiracy, it's natural progression of the same types of evil people converging on their version of "justice."

It's inevitable that sometimes things fall out of step. It's important to remember that our enemy isn't a guy ag the top, or a circle of nine or any or that bullshit. Nor is it a hivemind. It's parts aren't always going to act intelligently or even with unity of purpose.
