I'm so sick of the bitching about gentrification. They claim they want safe, productive neighborhoods and when they get it, they are mad at the whities who improved things.
because it's their culture to be loud and obnoxious and stabby and not respect anyone else's space or time.
Which is why they should be actively scorned if not outright expelled from society.

If you want to understand the left:
Think of "the left" as a 20-something white girl who had one positive experience in a shithole in the 20 minutes she was there.
Because of that 20 minutes we have to live with importing that whole neighborhood (or country!) and deal with all the crime and incompatibility.
If a bunch of shitty behaviors are part and parcel of non-white demographics, then racism is essentially correct. The current leftist orthodoxy holds - simultaneously - that non-whites necessarily suck and you have to tolerate and celebrate them in every part of your life. You can’t accept them on condition of integration into a culture that maintains minimum standards of any kind. You must embrace them unconditionally, including their objectively shit cultures, entirely because of their skin color.
Spoiler, racism is in fact essentially correct.
Racism is correct, stereotypes are real, physiognomy is always accurate, and anybody who argues about any of those points is the enemy.

Recently had lunch with a friends in an area that used to be heavily black and Hispanic around 04 when I lived there. Now it’s been “gentrified” and it’s very nice with lots of cool shops and housing. They can whine all they want but it was a definite improvement.

The gentrifiers are almost always baizuo scum. Fact is that plenty of working class and even poor neighborhoods are "good enough" places to live for the residents, and have achieved a stable economic equilibrium. But then a bunch of affluent crunchy hipster faggots come in, make the place unaffordable for the previous residents and small businesses who have to move somewhere that doesn't have the infrastructure to handle them, thus creating a cascading effect of displacement.
Nevermind how these baizuo vermin take over small towns and eventually red states altogether and bring in the pozz. Gentrification isn't middle class people making an utter shithole like South Chicago into something livable, it's affluent douchebags spiking the wealth disparity in a previously stable neighborhood, which in turn makes a lot of people homeless, and then those newly homeless people get hooked on drugs by some junky whom they'd have never otherwise met had they not been renovicted, but the same baizuo scum who created this mess lobby against forcing addicts into rehab programs, etc.
Homelessness is a problem where you have a core of absolute degenerates who can't be reformed, but the majority could be reformed under the right circumstances. Unfortunately though, gentrification makes it way more difficult for a broke sonofabitch to get back on their feet for economic reasons, and then when they get hooked on drugs or their mental illnesses which they'd previously had under control gets unleashed by their life going down the shitter, they don't get the intervention that they actually need because of baizuo retardation.
If they're not good enough for you, don't move there. Affluent people can move pretty much anywhere they want, and displacing those dogshit people is just gonna send those dogshit people elsewhere to become someone else's problem. When these hipster faggots could have just stayed out and allowed shit neighborhoods to function as containment zones for shit people.
