It's fucking irrelevant. They're showing they can do what they want. Of course he'll appeal. He'll likely lose. And then can take it to the SC, where he'll win.
But the guilty verdict itself, even if overturned, is a massive injustice, and a massive slap in the face. I don't fucking care if Trump goes to jail or not, it's not the point. The process is the punishment.
I just hope he's as angry as he appears, and he takes that energy into his next term. Fuuuuuuuck these people. They deserve the Trump they've pretended he is.
I'm not even a Trump fanboy or anything; I like him, I'm rooting for him, but I'm not one of the "God Emperor" people or anything. This isn't about Trump. This is about our justice system being even more of a joke than we thought. They just tried and convicted a president for the first time ever, for a non-crime that had never been done like that before either.
I'm absolutely furious, not as a Trump supporter, but as an American.
Look what these fuckers have done to our country. This is hardly the worst thing they've ever done, either, but it's very glaring.
I really hope if trump does win he wont back out on the prosecuting ALL of them. I don't want to wait for hell to let them feel karma. I want the dems to feel Hell while they're still in this mortal plane.
He'll do exactly what he did last time.
Give more money, and blood to israel.
And do nothing to the actual criminals harassing him. What a good goy. He'll make sure to spam you 10 emails a day whining about being persecuted and need your donations though
maga!
I'm not a God Emperor trump type but I went from voting for him because there wasnt a better option in 16 to a happy voter in 20. I'm starting to see it as a possibility that the only way we get out of this is a strong dictator. I doubt it will he trump. But maybe Baron can become our young Alexander.
Oh, for sure. I am a Trump supporter, just not a fanboy. Point is, I'm not angry as or because I'm a Trump supporter, but because this is just a disgrace.
This is so fucking out there that, even as someone who does like and is rooting for Trump...this isn't about him. It's gone beyond that, in a big way.
I don't really know why he's even running again, he's not the naive billionaire from 10 years ago, he knows the system is completely corrupted and he doesn't have the powers and wills to actually do anything even if by some miracle they allowed him to be the president again, is being an Israel and big pharma shill that important?
Yup
After all this he had better grab them by their pussy.
Let's not forget that the end of the day, even "good" judges have names and addresses, and because of anarcho-tyranny, they're at the mercy of whatever mob of proglodyte mouthbreathers is whipped up by the MSM.
We saw journoroaches drive after the jury van during the Chauvin trial and a verdict that somehow found Chauvin guilty of both manslaughter and murder just because the jurors didn't want Minneapolis to burn (again). We saw Matthew Dolloff get his charges dropped after murdering a Trump voter on camera. Nevermind all the 2020 bullshit that wasn't even allowed to be investigated because judges were terrified of becoming lightning rods for so much as entertaining the claims of fraud.
Rittenhouse was a remarkable situation precisely because the jurors chose to do the right thing in spite of the intimidation and the threat of rioting if they didn't get the verdict they wanted, as well as a courageous judge who refused to let that crooked piece of shit DA get away with his dirty tricks. But unfortunately that's not the norm, for the most part juror and judge and witness intimidation works in practice, even though it's not supposed to work in theory.
Although I will admit killing Roe and a big part of affirmative action were moves I didn't expect SCOTUS to make after their cowardice in the face of 2020. Then again maybe it's just not as easy to whip up riots when there's a Dem in the White House. Not that it doesn't happen under Dems, it certainly does, but you have to rely more on the activist/ideologue core rather than on the reserve force of proglodyte retards whose brains operate on nothing more sophisticated than "Republicans Bad."
Good. That has been the left's fantasy for almost a decade now, Trump in a prison jumpsuit. Denying them that by any means necessary is one of the biggest wins the Right can achieve.
Working on the assumption that a banana Republic with kangaroo courts would follow the law.
they're tying to pack the supreme court for a reason
I wonder if he will appeal?
Of course he will appeal.
As much fun as it would be him to win the election from inside a prison and pardon himself once he's in a prison he'll be denied all sorts of freedoms which we won't hear about and he'll be Epstein'd in no time at all.
It's kind of curious why Merchan gave him so much grounds. My wife said maybe Merchan was trying to throw the trial on purpose because he didn't want to be responsible for deciding this. Or, he figured it would be appealed anyways, so he may as well do wtf he wants. I don't know if he's elected or appointed, but he also may want to put on a show for his supporters.
I don't think the calculus has to be any more than he hates Trump and wanted a guilty verdict before the election.
a bit naive to think he did all this just because he personally hates trump
judeo-commies stick together. they'll do anything and everything to achieve their goals.
for some reason, most likely pedo shit (epstein client lists), they really don't want Trump elected. maybe they think he'll expose / go after them.
or maybe it's just because not having a pawn in the white house will slow down their NWO agenda.
This will age like milk.
I swear some people HOPE we lose.
AFAIK Trump can't pardon himself because this is a state conviction, not federal.
Then the military can break him out from being detained by domestic terrorists once elected.
Someone posted a picture of the appellate court judges on TD. Let's just say he doesn't stand a chance until the supreme court (state or federal).
the longer the appeal goes on the less likely he'll wear the jumpsuit. Much to de niros disapointment
Why would he ever not?
Well, if it winds up being thrown out of court after the fact somehow and for some reason, then I guess he wouldn't need to appeal.
The problem is that he should have won on appeal with the election. The protest against it shouldn't have been declared an insurrection. We shouldn't be admitting aliens have visited and had dealings with the government. I'm waiting for pictures of Nessie and Bigfoot to prove they exist and have been known about. In this level of insanity, does it matter that legally he can appeal and the court case was a sham?
