It's fucking irrelevant. They're showing they can do what they want. Of course he'll appeal. He'll likely lose. And then can take it to the SC, where he'll win.
But the guilty verdict itself, even if overturned, is a massive injustice, and a massive slap in the face. I don't fucking care if Trump goes to jail or not, it's not the point. The process is the punishment.
I just hope he's as angry as he appears, and he takes that energy into his next term. Fuuuuuuuck these people. They deserve the Trump they've pretended he is.
I'm not even a Trump fanboy or anything; I like him, I'm rooting for him, but I'm not one of the "God Emperor" people or anything. This isn't about Trump. This is about our justice system being even more of a joke than we thought. They just tried and convicted a president for the first time ever, for a non-crime that had never been done like that before either.
I'm absolutely furious, not as a Trump supporter, but as an American.
Look what these fuckers have done to our country. This is hardly the worst thing they've ever done, either, but it's very glaring.
I really hope if trump does win he wont back out on the prosecuting ALL of them. I don't want to wait for hell to let them feel karma. I want the dems to feel Hell while they're still in this mortal plane.

I'm not a God Emperor trump type but I went from voting for him because there wasnt a better option in 16 to a happy voter in 20. I'm starting to see it as a possibility that the only way we get out of this is a strong dictator. I doubt it will he trump. But maybe Baron can become our young Alexander.
Oh, for sure. I am a Trump supporter, just not a fanboy. Point is, I'm not angry as or because I'm a Trump supporter, but because this is just a disgrace.
This is so fucking out there that, even as someone who does like and is rooting for Trump...this isn't about him. It's gone beyond that, in a big way.
I don't really know why he's even running again, he's not the naive billionaire from 10 years ago, he knows the system is completely corrupted and he doesn't have the powers and wills to actually do anything even if by some miracle they allowed him to be the president again, is being an Israel and big pharma shill that important?
