Technically it's one former employee, Not-Gay Jared, but Quarter Black Garrett has endorsed his video.
Cliffsnotes:
Doesn't sound great. It's hard to think of any legitimate reason to turn the legal guns on a former employee in this case.
The real cliff notes is it seems Jared violated the NDA trying to get some type of lawsuit against crowder using other former employees. Whether legitimate or not it’s clear that’s what sparked the lawsuit from crowder. The one thing that irks me is the “I have the receipts but I need donations” its the most used phrase by grifters in media and if he does indeed have them I would love to see, but this has big Lin Wood vibes to me.
Abuse and harassment is easily cried. Someone wasn't nice to me=abuse. If that's true, and some kinda court will have to rule that out it's def. shitty. The only thing I would object to right now without knowing what actually went down behind the scenes is the non compete. It is always a shitty thing to do to someone imho. Other than that it seems like a lot of he said she said. Better to watch from afar.
This is standard practice. Non-competes are (unfortunately) very common. I find it very unfortunate that Jared is trying to take down Crowder.
Is there any way we can contribute to Crowder?
NDAs originally were used to stop corporate espionage which was very necessary as anything with r&d could see their employees run off with the ip to other companies to make more money on their end. Like with most things they can be abused but the background behind them was extremely necessary for the economy at the time.
you can generally fight them and win in court if you have the money, assuming your ex-employer compensates you fairly for the duration of the non-compete. They pay you or you are free to go work for whomever you would like.
Agreed. Generally do not like those non compete shit. You're good in one branch but your former company says you are not allowed to work in it for 1-2 years, causing you needless loss of imcome.
Non-compete seems fine if they give me severance for the entire duration.
I agree they should be illegal, but they're not.
Wasn’t Crowder bitching about how Kiked his offer from the Daily Wire was? Seems like he wasn’t treating his employees much better.
He was bitching about the monetizing policy which would have seen his show lose 30% revenue share from getting demonetized by YouTube. At least with crowder he does usually bring the receipts and trounced DW on that one and the attempted employee poaching. The mutual NDA in this one makes it murkier as neither side is showing any evidence but making claims or playing mum because of the NDA.
Non-competes have to be pretty narrowly written. They would have to show that Jared working for another company would directly harm Crowder's revenue, and since Jared isn't "Talent" that seems dubious.
That's pretty rich coming from Crowder, who openly derided Ben Shapiro, Jeremy Boreing, and the Daily Wire for giving him such a shitty contract a year or two ago, and warning other "right wingers" to avoid such toxically bad contracts in the future.
I was on Crowder's side during that debacle, but it now looks like it was just controlled opposition assholes fighting each other.
We only heard from the side of the employee with an axe to grind. Wait until we get the actual facts, or at least Crowder's side, before forming an opinion.
That's fair. However, as I pointed out in another comment (and many other comments previously), pretty much the entire mainstream right wing is a false choice trap. There are malicious actors, those driven by money to play along, and useful idiots who still buy the propaganda. No matter the reason, the results are the same. It would be wiser and safer to assume everyone that's made it big in the mainstream right to be controlled opposition.
If you're knowledgeable about Steven Crowder, perhaps you can answer something for me. Does he discuss jewish over representation in every societal aspect that's hurting us? Does he discuss false history and the true history that's being hidden from us? Does he discuss racial differences?
Those are the 3 main verboten topics both the left and right censor to keep people controlled. There are obvious differences in rhetoric/propaganda on the left and right to keep the people controlled. However, they both censor these 3 topics, so no matter who is in power, White people never collective, and the Kalergi plan continues unabated. Right wing normies also respond exactly the same as useful idiot lefties when confronted with these topics, and use the exact same language and "arguments" in refutation, and names to call anyone who espouses them.
This ultimately boils down to one simple philosophical concept: do they prioritize truth over all else, no matter how uncomfortable it is, no matter how much they're punished for speaking it, no matter how much they have to sacrifice to pursue it. If someone places anything else over truth, it means that, ultimately, they're not your friend, and will fail in one way or another, and bring down everyone who follows them with them. One may argue the veracity of the above 3 topics, but if one never even broaches the topic, especially with how blatant the lies have become, it probably means they're malicious, greedy, or a useful idiot.
Well, I'm not the most knowledgeable about everything he's covered on his show. I don't recall him specifically pointing out the Jewish overrepresentation, but I do remember him pointing out, repeatedly, the incredible harm that unmitigated immigration does to the US. He's often cited the yearly costs, often compared it to the proportionally minor costs of proper border control and of building a wall, and often pointed out all the problems that come from granting illegal aliens housing, the right to vote, and citizenship. That right there is a big part of the Jewish plan for the masses that he's arguing against.
He's also been one of the best at pointing out all the evidence that the 2020 election was won by the democrats only through voter fraud. He's made effort to personally verify the addresses of many of the votes, and confirmed that a significant portion of them don't even exist, proving that they were fraudulent. He's often spoken about the lack of signature matches, and of efforts by various States to make signature verification illegal.
By "true history that's been hidden from us", you'll have to be more specific. What about, exactly? The Holocaust? The Civil War? Slavery? I'm not sure what you mean.
I do believe that I've heard him talk about the disparate results for various races, though. He's often mentioned the difference between equity and equality, the importance of laws being applied equally to everyone, and the statistics for "hate crimes" and police shootings by race. He's had the Hodge Twins on his show, and they've often spoken about how black people act in their communities.
So all in all, although I don't recall him specifically calling out Jews, and I personally disagree with him on a few topics, he's probably still been one of the better political commentators out there.
All media people are grifters. Every single one.
When it becomes your job, the money takes precedence.
A good man can prioritize truth over money. That doesn't mean a good man must make no money, but when a "good" man prioritizes making money over telling the truth, then yes, they're (at minimum) a grifter, but more accurately a liar, and should've be believed or listened to by actual good men. But, yes, pretty much everyone in the mainstream right wing is a false choice trap.
eh, I'm more inclined to lean towards Crowders side if that's the case. The guy platformed alex jones at the height of the sandy hook scandal, when he got deplatformed by everyone and people basically refused to talk to him anymore, including some he thought were friends.
There was basically no long term financial incentive to do so
