Boeing whistleblower predicted his own death, told friend ‘if anything happens, it’s not suicide’
“He wasn’t concerned about [his own] safety because I asked him,” Jennifer said. “I said, ‘Aren’t you scared?’ And he said, ‘No, I ain’t scared, but if anything happens to me, it’s not suicide.’”
I feel like with Homeland security seeing gamers as an extremist threat, we should put 'if anything happens, it wasn't suicide' as our banner!
....not confident enough to label that as sarcastic knowing the Biden administration, hope the American bros on here have enough 2A protection on them..
We’re all going to be devastated When SoctaticMethod1 shoots himself twice in the back of the head 😔
Nah, you'll tell it's me if a city becomes a crater.
I'm one of those 'I'm taking you fuckers with me!' types lol
"Here lies SoctaticMethod1, and over here, over there next to the river, some bits over on that hill, and finally in the many wild animals that got here before any cleanup crews could. We lay his heart to rest, wherever it may be as we haven't found it yet."
"He died doing what he loved, keeping his K:D ratio up."
Me in the afterlife:"200 : 0 motherfuckers!" lol
I like this idea, its perfection.
Yeah, it was fucking obvious that he was whacked when this story first came out.
Especially with them "accidentally" overwriting the tapes for the audit
"Olympic marathon runner commits suicide moments before finishing race," said nobody, ever.
All this to cover up DIE retardation?
To cover up who's behind the DIE retardation.
EDIT: And of course what the point of it all is.
Boeing has lost billions because of DIE and MBA whores. If the general stockholders realize this, DIE and ESG die really damn quick.
Honestly this is one of the outcomes I fear the most of the future:
The convenience and ease of simply killing those who cause your company/organization issues.
Killing this dude was probably cheaper for Boeing than dealing with him in any semi-legitimate ways. Why bother bankrupting him with a lawsuit that will cost your own company hundreds of thousands of dollars (maybe millions even) when you can just eliminate him with a few cheap goons?
This will also likely send out shockwaves of fear towards anyone else who wants to do something similar.
Seeing this in politics and certain corrupt industries like trucking was bad enough, but if it becomes a norm for megacorps one wonders what the recourse will be, besides never going alone anywhere and always carrying enough weapons to handle anything they decide to throw at you (and who knows if even that will be enough).
All it takes is a moment of vulnerability, He was expecting it and they still got him.
Boeing needs to have the fucking military (as in, the non-corrupt and actually capable part of it) investigate them at this point.
One of Boeing's biggest clients is the military. Probably THE biggest. They've definitely already investigated them.
Why would you think Boeing did this? Like some officer/board member is going to risk jail because the company might lose a bunch of money? The problem in the first place is they don't give a shit about the company.
Seems that somebody wanted to stem the tide against Boeing and are good enough at 'assisted suicide' to get away with it or are untouchable. Boeing vs Airbus vs Chinese copies are geopolitics. It's way more likely a three-letter.
Whoever actually did the crime is almost irrelevant as long as it was on behalf of Boeing. The goons themselves are just goons, regardless if they come from an agency or not (though for them to get directly involved in a way like that would show some ineptitude on an almost comical level).
The kind of scandal this dude was revealing can do some serious damage. If the company didn't care about something like this I'd be shocked and given the previous retaliation they were already taking, an escalation to violence already seems logical.
If it's pure geopolitics then there would at least have been more entities that would have wanted him alive and he would have been given more resources and publicity by Boeing's enemies/competitors. At the very least you'd see something that wasn't just "this dude was killed for speaking out against this company". He literally died in-between deposition days.
Well for a start you'd have to know who was behind it in order to prevent it happening again or to have them see any consequences at all.
It seems logical the company would go from $100 million fine directly to let's murder somebody, frame ourselves for it, cover up the trail? The top brass are typically psychopaths so would have no problem whacking somebody, except that they are coldly logical; the personal risk v reward favors them spending other people's money to make the problem go away in court rather than cover up a murder.
Like Airbus would have put out a press release saying "look how bad Boeing is buy from us instead?" That would just make themselves look bad and be counter-productive. Or hand a brown paper bag of money to some lawyers to represent him? What do you think they would do?
No either "the company" did it, it was some low-level employee he as going to name and get fired (and will be caught), or he just killed himself for whatever reason. There's no chance the company was behind it.
This is just pathetic.
You could've had a better argument with a fucking false flag/frame job here. No one with a brain will look at a dude who gets killed in the middle of a fucking deposition for a retaliation lawsuit for whistleblowing and think "Wow the company had nothing to do with this".
You are saying it is likelier that someone who has stated he has no suicidal tendencies and expects to get murdered for revealing information actually commited suicide, than the company he went after actually being behind his death, in the middle of an action involving the company going after him.
Its impossible to take you seriously with such an asinine argument. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if you were a shill yourself.
What's next? A guy in witness protection just "kills" himself right in the middle of providing damning testimony to the police about the mafia? Give me a fucking break dude.
Great motive for somebody unstable who hasn't been believed to take their own life; it's "impossible" according to you to question his claims if "everybody knows" the company killed him for it.
Here's the thing, when you go off on psychotic tirades like this you're just saying you don't have a counterargument. What I've said makes sense, you have no counter, and so you get hysterical. Or you could remain calm, say "you've raised some good points but I disagree for these reasons", and have real conversations with people.
You have not raised any good points whatsoever. I pointed out a more legitimate alternative to your utterly asinine argument. If you had made a good argument, I would have granted you that. Instead, you chose such a comically illogical route that frankly, I lost brain cells from even attempting to entertain it. It requires such impressive leaps of logic that even the most delusional communists would struggle with the olympic-level mental gymnastics.
What you said is an insult to any reasonable person's intelligence, and you say it with such confidence that its shameful.
Your argument is "I'm right and anybody else is a stupid idiot". You even manufacture quotes that the person you're talking to didn't say, like a Harvard professor. And then you get mad when your reasoning is torn apart.
That's you.
They hire contractors for that kind of work.
