The trailer is complete ass, makes me question if Eric was even involved, why would he publish this.
Also, why do trailers have credits? Is this a thing? have I been just closing trailers before credits without realizing?

The whole alt-culture "Bronze Age" space, including YouTube like G+G and Nerdrotic, are all so desperate to prove they're not racist misogynist bigots that they might as well be the woke mainstream at this point.

I still watch and enjoy Gary and Ryan and Mauler and Drinker and some of the others, but that doesn't change my assessment.
I've watched these guys fall all over themselves white-knighting for every fake geek girl who slides into their chat, from Nina Infinity to Brittany Venti to the Canadian feminist power couple behind this pile-of-trash comic. Some are obviously worse than others for that kind of behavior, with Kinel at the based end of the spectrum and Az being a full-on simp.
And whether it's because Eric July is their friend or because they need him around to lend them credibility on the race thing (and frankly I think that's more the reason), they constantly overlook in his work the same poor quality and shitty storytelling that they rightly deride in mainstream entertainment.

I think the point is Arnold didn't have pitch perfect knowledge of english and he become a superstar. He did have plenty going on to compensate for this flaw, sure... not in his crotch, sure... but this bitch has absolutely nothing. Whichever producer had her on a casting couch needs to sue her for rape.

I can see in the comments that she can speak normally and she is trying to do a fake accent. Would explain why her accent changes. I'm not even sure what the trailer is about. What a complete mess.

I didnt say it was. But it reminds me of some very painful low budget indie superhero films I've seen
I don't think people were expecting much, considering it's just a short live-action trailer advertising a new comic book. But even those expectations were too high for what they got. Hopefully the readers at least enjoy the comic.
