Where do these troglodytes spawn from?

Imagine you have an IQ that is just north of the retarded border. Are you going to making a living doing something unique, insightful, or productive? If you had the status that you actually merited you would be, under the best possible circumstances, a lower-middle manager and even then after years of drudgery and promotion only because they couldn't find anyone else for the job.

So instead you latch on to something that that confers you a higher status than you could have normally achieved on your own, utilizes your already entrenched irrational resentment, and whose only job requirement is a complete lack of ethics - which you already fulfill because if you didn't you wouldn't be down this path in the first place.

I mean, I'm with you.

I read this:

If you had the status that you actually merited you would be, under the best possible circumstances, a lower-middle manager and even then after years of drudgery and promotion only because they couldn't find anyone else for the job.

And I immediately think of how people who have been promoted above their competence, can't threaten their bosses because they are entirely insecure in their position and reliant on their bosses to cover for them. You see diversity hires in this situation and it's like seeing turtles on fenceposts: you know that they didn't get there on their own, and they have no graceful way down. They were set there to be reliant minions of the person who set them there for the sake of ideologically capturing the institution.

Kakistocracy in action.

There is normally one of two reasons someone leaves a job. The first is that they find a better job. The second is having a superior like the above.

If you don't constantly hit these people over the head with a stick and tell them to quit being so fucking stupid, they just get worse and worse and there's no upper limit to it.

The real problem is the calculation for size of the stick needed in relation to the stupid encountered is 1 + ∞.

The stick requirements get bigger the longer you go without hitting them with it, too.

When one eventually runs up against the boundless amount of stupidity and discovers the amount of sticks is finite, this is a prime example as to why recycling is important.
