The simplest travel advisory these days is just "don't travel to places where their skin color is darker than your own." With how hostile the non-Whites are in my own country, I cannot imagine what decades of CIA and their own government propaganda has done to turn the rest of the world against me. Everyone is encouraged to exercise that chip on their shoulder and it shows.
What you hear in 'Murica about "Paris" is very likely actually outside the city-proper, which has some dodgy areas but is relatively safe to extremely safe (the area around the Seine) even at night.
You have very little reason to travel to the suburbs, except for the great cathedral at Saint Denis (which is in one of the worst areas, if not the worst), but you just take the subway, get out very close to the cathedral, visit, and then go back.
(I'm not encouraging anyone to go to Paris, just pointing out.)
I have a friend at work, he is from France, he absolutely hates Paris, he now moved in some rural place a couple of hours drive from Carcassonne. Oddly enough he is not French but Moroccan, still hates it.
I also have 2 friends that moved for a while in Paris, only thing they talked about was literal shit, rats and how bad it was. I don't know where in Paris, all I know that they could see the Eiffel Tower from one of the windows if you stretch your neck.
Also the yellow vest protests did not look very French.

Generally, the attitude of Europeans towards capital cities is the same as those of Americans towards San Francisco. Crime is higher and it's inhabited by out of touch scumbags.

Quality of life doesn't discriminate. Unless you need the stuff that's in a big city, stay away.
I'm not saying that Paris (or any other place) is 'great', and like almost everywhere in Europe it has declined a lot over the past 20 years, just that it's not the Boschian hellscape that Americans imagine it to be.
I have considered Greece, but only ever for the ancient Roman stuff. I don't know what modern Greece has to offer that could inspire me to visit. For instance, I don't care for much Mediterranean food at all.
I consider Japan to be close enough to White to be safe. The country speaks for itself regardless of my rating. China maybe not so much. I may have uttered too many gong fei's into my phone for their liking.
I did mean Greek, I am retarded. My excuse is that I was very tired. My brain tends to ram them together due to my school education about them being in the same unit.
Regarding the Japanese, in terms of color. One of my "favorite" complaints from Leftists is that anime is filled with 'White people' when, from the Japanese perspective, they are all Asian, minus the ones that are explicitly not so based on their names or stated origins.

Unfortunately that now excludes Paris and London
Did he stutter?

Look up "Paris syndrome." It's not just 'Murica that thinks Paris is a shithole.
I assume you mean the "reality vs imagined" videos? It's just like any other large European city.
It may be a good rule of thumb in practice, but does this mean you're not visiting Greece?
Also, how does the color of the Japanese figure?

Eh, I think you mean ancient Greek stuff. There is some Roman stuff as well, but the Parthenon wasn't Roman.
He who hasn't eaten a gyros in Greece has not lived.
In terms of color or behavior?
