Corolla was the more talented of the two but definitely was willing to engage in uncomfortable conversations (for leftists)
Helps that Carolla lives in the outskirts of LA and not the city proper, where all the degeneracy is.
That and Carolla spent enough time on Loveline to start "noticing things" and conclude that some behaviors are in fact not normal or healthy.
Has Carolla said what he was unwilling to do? Did he spill any beans?
I don't rightly know. He's just been pretty quiet that I'm aware of. Whereas no one actually knows how Kimmel got catapulted so high, since he was literally just a sidekick.
