You guys will love this article, they absolutely hate him, they're already trying to keep accusing him of a dictator because of the changes he's implementing and how he's dismantling the state. Which is fucking funny because dictators never dismantle the state and do away with whole institutions they usually pack them with loyalists.
Cope and seethe statists, I'm very curious as to the actual economic impact this will all have. We're going to have to simply wait and see through the year but unlike Trump he seems to have a very real understanding of what his enemies are like and knows he has to simply get rid of everything in order to affect any kind of real change day to day.
This is something that needs to happen across the board, exterminatus is the only viable solution.
See I'm hearing how he's a monster, a dictator...
..and still no secret police or death camps, that's like step one on being a dictator! Amateur hour over here! /s
Step 1 for an Authoritarian state is to control the media.
Step 2 is to create a crisis that can be solved by Taking Strong Action.
Step 3 is to demand temporary sacrifices from the citizens.
It's funny how strongly the media opposes him, calling him a far-right dictator even more than they criticized that other president who probably did violate the law to round up all his country's gang members. (good)
Actually if Milei does something like that I'll consider moving to Argentina.
Is he still pursuing dollarization? That was a red flag to me. He seems to have gotten a bit wishy washy about since assuming office.
Unfortunately he's probably judged it to be the quickest and most stable way to gut the Argentine central bank, which he correctly views as Public Enemy #1.
The dollar is tied to the US fed so that seems even worse.
Not worse than Argentina.
It's worse for Argentina in the long run because Argentina has way less ability to influence central banking in the US than it does in its own country.
I imagine in the long run, they'll do a run of their own currency again. The lack of influence goes both ways.
As much as I hate the Fed, for Argentina going to the dollar is probably the right call until they can get on their feet again. Hopefully after that they move onto a stable currency however.
I think he is, I mean yes, I would normally view that as a red flag, but given any attempt to steer away from American influence get's a South American leader CIA'd I do actually get that the same way I get the Israeli pandering. Bit weird that he's allegedly talking about converting though but we'll see what happens with that.
To me it's really a case of day to day stuff, if government is reduced and he doesn't start implementing hate speech laws. That's a win for me and I'd definitely consider that country and let's be real, economics wise it seems it's been so fucked by the Peronists it's no surprise Argentinians would probably prefer the dollar over the Pesos. You have to consider their personal circumstances.
You do realize that all he's doing is dismantling Argentina's government so that DC can control the country as a vassal state, right? He's not actually anti-statist. He's just getting rid of the competing state apparatus.
Yeah, we'll see you have to appreciate just how fucked Argentina has been looking into it, plus with my own situation in the UK it's easy to see why I'd find that preferable to what we're having to deal with over here. There's also the Trump factor to consider come November.
The US is also extremely fucked. All of its institutions have been repurposed into vehicles of White genocide. The UK cozied up to the US after Brexit. Look where that got you. Look where America is now. We've also already had a Trump Presidency already. It was little more than a speed bump.
I know, but again, however bad you might think things are, in Europe it's ten arguably hundred times worse. Sometimes I feel like some people don't realise how good they have it day to day. I mean just recently this will seem like a weird thing to rant about but the milk problem popped up for me again. Where I was getting milk in the supply chain that tasted not just funny but of chemicals.
To confirm, went to a different shop that I knew usually supplied decent milk and double checked the brand, yes, tasted absolutely fine this time round. It's so bad sometimes in this country when it comes to basic competency you can't even trust the supply chains to be working properly. I even recently had a delivery driver that was trying to drop off a neighbour's parcel that had a speech impediment for fuck's sake. Why? Why put somebody in that situation where they obviously can't even talk properly in a customer service position of any kind?
This sort of thing and hate speech is what terrifies me the most because of course you're going to be viewed as the bad guy for pointing out this shit or you have people gaslighting you that nothing's wrong or thinking you're exaggerating. It's all going to get so much worse throughout this year I suspect. That's to say nothing of the crime and health issues being caused by the deliberate mass migration.
I also think that we're going to see way more public meltdowns even when it comes to RL with the normies over Trump because they're all one moment away from a mental breakdown even if they won't admit it. See the lockdowns as an example of how bad things can get for mental health. Nope, I'm off to the fucking mountains in the middle of nowhere.
Easily the worse thing for me this year is how the normies will justify all of this and even support it, it's not going to fix itself or heal. We're going to see a full on collapse but it will take quite awhile because the elites are propping it up, possibly 10 years maybe is the timeframe I'm thinking.
The US makes things worse in Europe by doing shit like blowing up Nordstream. The UK left the EU to cozy up to the US instead. Notice how that didn't help anything. The American Empire is genociding its own people and spreading economic ruin and gay AIDS everywhere. It's not the solution to any problem.
He's in the US's sphere of influence, and this guarantees that a) he doesn't get assassinated, b) he pays off US debt, c) the Argentine central bank can't fuck with a currency they can't touch.
Besides, we're going to experience deflation here in a hot minute, so it's all gonna be the same. Frankly, it'll probably be better that he experiences USD deflation, than Peso deflation.
I thought you were minarchist. Hmm.
I don't get it. What's the complaint here?
I'm a Militarist Minarchist American Liberal.
Argentina is a Socialist state trying to Liberalize. They are stuck hard within the American sphere of influence (as they have been for over 50 years).
These are strategies that point in the right direction. I'm not going to be autistic, when clearly we can look to Hoppe to identify that practicality to move towards individual liberty is still a good direction.
There's nothing minarchist about tying your country's future to some other country's fiat currency. It sounds, dare I say, globalist even.
You will when you need to rail against White people doing what we need to do. The on/off switch only makes you more obviously malicious.
I'm not going to play "Autistic Libertarian" to someone who is successfully demolishing a Socialist state. Shits a work in progress bro.
I've never railed against white people and you know that.
You play "autistic libertarian" with immigration, of all fucking polices, and of all fucking times.
What the fuck are you talking about. The most autistic libertarian thing I've said about immigration is that a true libertarian immigration policy would inherently resist mass migration because you would be able to shoot all trespassers, and there could be no sponsorship of their movement.
I don´t think this will end well for the poor people in Argentine, the wealthy will be ok they can afford private pension plans, private education and the private services that Milei will dismantle. And that doesn´t mean supporting Venezuela instead, both leaders Milei and Maduro are populists living in a dreamland.
It will help poor people the most. They'll be able to make money again, and private care will be cheaper
I don't know the details but he said he wants to make sure government and the well-off bear the brunt of the financial storm that Argentina is about to go through. As for the long term, whether the government should be responsible for pension or education at all is the whole crux of the political divide.
They hate him because they fired their friends. The free money ended, and the party's over.
AFUERA, BITCH
ComIntern hates Libertarian Johnny Cash
Last i saw he was bitching about the Falklands. RN might need to sink whatever boats pass for the Argie navy these days to remind him not to be silly.
I wonder how long it will take for this to trigger the local socialist Qatari shills here...
I'm not gonna claim there aren't any Qatar shills, but... you only showed up here after 10/7 my dude.
He was shilling for Ukraine over on T_D before that.

It's wall-to-wall support for US foreign policy establishment positions. It's a paid shill account.
