Surely wanting to empower your own race and have it embedded into the national identity would be the primary requirement, not whatever motives you've ascribed to it.
Anyway, it seems consistent to me that somebody who supports, on principle, a white nationalist identity could also sympathize with the struggle of others to achieve similar ends in their own countries, whether they are white or not. You can want certain kinds of migrants out of your country - or even just curbed in some way - without hating and wishing death upon their race generally. A 'not in my backyard' attitude of a sort.
