Ukraine will run out of people faster than Russia. Ukraine needs to look for peace even if that means they lose land. Lets be honest, they no longer have the population for those lands anyways.

True but the argument that "Russia is obviously going to win this!" is independent of the argument "Putin is a great guy."

That's only true if Ukraine keeps trying stupid "counter offensives". Slow coordinated retreats and guerilla tactics would be more effective.
That or assaulting Russian territory weak points, which nato has forbidden them to do.
