DEI exists to find issues. Their job depends on it, so they have no problems with creating said issues.

Behold, the modern day dragon slayers!

It reminds me of the movie Dragon heart where the dragon and the slayer were friends, and going from town to town to solve the "dragon problem" the town suddenly had.

DIE exists to perpetuate and expand the DIE racket through coercion, subversion, intimidation, and manipulation.

Not much to it, but it seems they're trying to prevent further DIE developments.

The board recommended to “restructure the central, university-wide DEI officer to eliminate any DEI functions that are not necessary for compliance and accreditation,” according to the report. It also recommended to “review all college, department, or unit-level DEI positions to determine whether DEI specific job responsibilities are necessary for compliance, accreditation or student and employee support services,” and said that “any position responsibilities that are not necessary for these purposes shall be adjusted or eliminated.”
[...]
The report also recommends that no employee, student or visitor be required to state their pronouns. It also recommends that universities take steps to ensure no applicant is required to submit a statement about their commitment to DEI, and creating a board policy prohibiting the use of race as an admission factor.

It also recommends that universities take steps to ensure no applicant is required to submit a statement about their commitment to DEI, and creating a board policy prohibiting the use of race as an admission factor.

It has to be illegal to demand, or attribute points to a commitment to DEI, otherwise they will keep demanding it.

All research projects in Canada must explain how it furthers Diversity Inclusion and Equity to be aprouved. Even if the subject as NOTHING to do with DIE.

Oh you're not ''forced'' to. You're just getting penalized if you don't, meaning your project won't be aprouved. But you're not ''forced'' to.

You're not ''forced'' to have sex with this politician. You're just not going out of the building untill you do so.

That’s wonderful, especially the no student shall be forced to sign a purity pledge document. Maybe they will do the same for teachers?
