As a 'cultured' individual, no Japan censors drawn genitalia too, I've seen more black bars on naughty bits that it resembles a barcode.
The 'anything goes' for Japanese drawings is in the concepts, there's some REALLY fucked up shit if you know what tags to search, I'm just happy with vanilla, oyakodon and mind break thank you very much lol
