Get women out of the workforce. By 2030, it is estimated that 45% of adult women will be single. Many of these women are living on their own not with their parents. Women can live in their own because they are working and earning an income. This leads to an increase in the demand for housing by 22.5%. If women couldn't earn an income and were forced to stay with their parents until they married a man, the demand would come down immensely for housing and the prices would plummet. Part of why we have a housing crisis today but didn't in the past is this very issue. Everyone cites the 1950s where people could afford a house on one income and it's because the demand for housing was significantly less. How many single women owned houses or rented in the 1950s? Exactly.

Immigrants are coming over here acting trad as fuck and popping out babies. That is the beginning and end of the issue until the problem is solved.
I don't want them out of my neighborhood; I want them out of my country. I don't want any more shitskins to be born anywhere if I can help it.
Immigrant birth rates actually crater quite quickly. They just tend to stay higher than whites, except in the case of Asians. We just take in such an insane amount of immigrants constantly that their birth rates dropping off doesn't help much.
Right they will crater by the time the whole country is Mestizo. Which is not much comfort.
The crisis is manufactured, bro.
You can imagine all these solutions, but whatever utopia you dream out it all comes down to printing the right amount of money for the right people to keep you (and your wife) a peasant.
This.
Even with women out of the workforce, it's a pipe dream thinking the housing crisis will be fixed.
Something OP isn't accounting for is that the housing crisis -- just like the immigration crisis -- is a manufactured crisis.
They don't want you owning homes, and they want you to like it.
The invading darkies, if you give them a generation.
Definitely will hit Europe first since the proportion of Muslims coming in are much higher and they're the ones that actually subjugate their women.
The vast majority of womens' work in the western world isn't productive. We would be talking maybe a 10-15% hit but that would be made up for by the increased productivity of the remaining men who no longer had to deal with drama.
Go to the BLS website and see which occupations are more than 50% women. You will find most of them could disappear overnight and most people wouldn't notice.
A quick glance says the only really important ones are the produce sorters and the package fillers. Those are one the way of being automated out of existence in the next few years. Babysitting old people also but if women couldn't work their female family members would be more likely to be able to do that.
You don't have to ban women from working. Just go back to before the 90s and make "sexual harassment" de-facto a feature of a mixed workplace.
Then ignore every complaint about "inequality" and "disparate impact". Ideally there would be severe social sanctions against anyone who ever makes that kind of complaint. And of course ban any women only scholarships, internships, and any other setaside that forwards the gay commie agenda.
The problem will fix itself.
In other words bring back freedom of association and get the government out of the workplace.
None of what you mentioned matters. We could use half of the food, healthcare, and retail stores we have here.
It worked for thousands of years, I wouldn't be so quick to discount the viability of a system with that kind of track record.
Women have always worked. The important distinction is that previously this happened under the oversight & authority of their head of household.
It's a stretch to call healthcare "economically productive"
Let's get that done first before we kill the momentum with this sort of spergery.
If given the opportunity, a majority of individual women would choose not to work. Those that desire to work in ideal economic conditions aren't causing a housing shortage. Restricting legal and illegal immigration, a nationwide crusade against zoning, a drastic overhaul of our monetary system, and a crackdown on lawless cities would address primary causes of our housing bubble.

This is an opinion
Personally, I don't think OP is correct that most of these women are living in houses of their own. I think they are actually renting.
