Declare that since the Merck has refused to protect their patent from unlimited defamation, then they've abandoned the patent. Strip Merck of the patent of Ivermectin so it becomes a generic medicine.

The real problem is that (bribing officials at the CDC) costs money. And nobody wants to do the bribing for generic drugs.
The solution is to do like mexico does - sell every drug over the counter at your pharmacy. (because mexicans know their government agences are corrupt as fuck and ignore them)
