This is pretty much the Alex Jones-style precedent for shutting down websites for Wrongthink. KF was already somewhat in the pit, so it's flying under the radar or openly ignored by some advocates. Examples are always set based on what the sheep already agree is "baaaaaaahd" before the chokehold tries to tighten on the more innocuous (KF could be considered as such already, aside from the doxxing)
Where are those that screeched about Net Neutrality several years ago?
KF was already somewhat in the pit, so it's flying under the radar or openly ignored by some advocates.
KF is basically the canary for how the rest of us will be censored. Its the most "evil" place possible, so they basically are cutting down every rule and law and precedent possible to shut it down and most are clapping along without seeing how those weapons will one day face them.
Its like lolicon in that way, ironic given Nool's utter hatred for the stuff.
Andrew Anglin was the canary. He went from one of the most active sites in the world to you probably not knowing who he is. They wrote the textbook with him as the test case. First man to be completely unpersoned/debanked by the system. He has that title. Went from being on the cover of Time magazine to not being able to have a bank account. Say what you will about him, but they did him dirty first.
He was an extreme case and certainly a good example of what will happen to the nails who stick up the hardest, and to specific individuals.
KF is a site that is far more neutral, meaning the full tactics there aren't available. So they are simply soft killing it instead with these basically unknowable to the common folk methods. And as its that much harder to explain and explain why its bad to most people, it'll likely be the method they use going forward rather than the full scorched earth of his.
It's also impressive/concerning that, if the official narrative is to be believed, that it's essentially one troon with excellent networking resources that's causing so much havoc.
Its two at the least. Keff with his seedier underlings and Dong Long Gone with his top of the chain network. It wouldn't be half as effective without both the official drops from companies but also having little urchins spreading deceit and bot spamming.
Sure, Keffals was a bit annoying with cloudflare, but Null made his own ddos prevention and it works well enough.
But "consent accident" LFJ is the problem. He is the one who calls the wives of CEOs and gets them to pressure companies to get KF removed. And it's not only US/EU companies but remote buttfuck 3rd world countries that listen to him.
As far as what I've seen since the Reddit crackdowns in 2016, the noose is already on the shoulders of the Internet. It's not incredibly terrible yet, but you pretty much can't go any site where a significant number of people congregate without either a janny (unless the site is run by either a true warrior or a schizo) or the ISPs holding a sword overhead, striking whenever users stray from the Overton Window. It'll probably get to the point where we all have to get smart about finding and contacting each other, but maybe things will change. Nothing escapes the sun's rays.

There are other methods, but loli/shota is one of the best litmus tests
We're starting to see the change already. The attempt to abolish anonymity via online safety laws in order to shame people off pornographic websites (by putting the fear of their details being hacked and leaked) and making it impossible to run profitably so it is de facto banned. Same with certain groups of people. The UK's two main political parties have made an urgent pledge to deal with the "incel problem" (will also encompass MGTOW and bachelorhood) on BBC Radio 4 Friday and repeated yesterday. Payment processors threatening websites, VPN's and ISP's to do as they're told or lose the ability to function. Labour in the UK is still threatening to outright ban VPN's and the Online Safety Bill gets debated in the Lords this week.
The Internet of 2030 will be a very different one from the one we use today. Governments will attempt to sanitise it "for your safety". It won't be for my safety because a lot of the complaints about threats focus primarily on two factors - critics of Government plus their policies and what is deemed misogynistic communication and behaviour - primarily Andrew Tate who is the perceived leader of incels, bachelors and the manosphere but also behaviour on dating apps by men.

Seems it's the entire power structure in the West is on a crusade, which is insidious because the "incel problem" was caused by lawmakers themselves caving to or creating more and more extreme gynocentric policies. That whole substack article that gets posted quite a bit here (fuck rate collapsing) is 100% on point as to what's going on. This attack doesn't really make sense in the long-term since I thought the elites wanted population reduction. But if the short-term end goal is "controlled collapse", things are probably getting out hand faster than they'd like to.
I've experienced it flip-flop. The whole SOPA thing thankfully happened at a time when I already was attentive (2011-ish?), many were against the government trying to touch the Internet, almost as if they were backing the ISPs. Then not even a decade passes, and they want to use government to force the hand of the ISPs (imo, I hated both sides of that discussion, the "Net Neutrality" and the Corporations. The current state of the Internet is declining, but both sides want to strangle it into their own version of a safe space)
Kiwifarms is a site largely made up of disgruntled current or former mental health professionals...
Well yes, they're trying to take down KF because, even if the goal is mostly the farming of lolcows, a good chunk of the Internet dossiers are about demons who belong in jail or as wormfood, the ex-Google higher-up being one of the more important ones and probably spearheading this whole assault.
KF doesn't dox. All information posted there is publicly available information, often provided by the lolcows in question in a fit of narcissistic idiocy and total regard for internet safety.
The only consistent opinion that the people who howled about Net Neutrality actually hold is that they want their enemies (normal people) to suffer and die.
Net Neutrality was NEVER about content - if you ever pointed out that none of the NN legislation protected content and that the whole NN movement was nothing more than propaganda by netflix and google so they didn't have to pay bandwidth by the byte you'd be hit by the NPC update that said it would hurt the poor because they'd have to pay more to access basic services or that measured usage hurt the poor.
(Not that I'm against unlimited data - all for it and I probably would've supported NN if it protected all content... which it didn't.)
The whole thing was a scam and we effectively have the NN they wanted anyway today.

My understanding is that Keffals hasn't been a threat for about a year and now it's all LFJ.
But you are correct that no one really knows.
Keff started the wave that lost most of the initial infrastructure and got the media attention. Dong is basically a shadow to the news sites.
While Dong certainly could have easily done all of that on his own, he wouldn't have gotten the same coverage and attention doing so.

It's really scary that tranny terrorism is so effective that one guy can just Thanos snap anyone he wants off the internet.

I hope you're referencing this . A Man for All Seasons is an excellent movie.

First time I've heard this assertion. Food for thought.
Above all, I've noticed that KF has a lot of lawyers their users.
Not that it's doing the site any good.
everyone wanted to bleat about net neutrality but if you brought up platform neutrality all the boring buzzwords came out.

the real story is the number of trannies that have deep pull within tech for some unspecified reason
And yet Nambla is allowed to have a clear net presence.
Shame, KF is/was the last site that resembled internet 2.0 in any way
