All legal gun owners are potential threats to the regime, not only by resistance to the government, but by imbuing a sense of independence from the state. Thus, all legal gun owners are the enemy. Therefore, due process violations are moral.
All illegal gun owners are able to be dependent on the state: either because the state can destroy them with severe gun charges that can make them useful informants, or the the state can allow them to roam free to support anarcho-tyranny. Thus, all illegal gun owners are friends. Therefore, due process violations are immoral.
What a bizarre stance to have. “It’s so terrible that more people aren’t informing on their friends and family to have their guns taken away!” Why is there an assumption there should be a lot of those?
I could only hope the "officials" are the ones attempting the gun seizures. I wish for them to understand what they are doing to private citizens and occasionally good police personnel when they ask for this.
Stop and Frisk = bad and violation of rights! Red Flag laws = good, and should be used more!
edit: hopefully obviously sarcasm

Just wait, if they get really efficient, they can generate the red flag seizure notices off the back of your form 4473 as they get filed!
Government efficiency: you can save time pre-screening and doing background checks, by just arresting everyone who applies.
Stop it, Giz, you'll give 'em ideas!
I'm not giving them ideas if it's already the plan.
I'm just saying the quiet part out loud.
/s is my favorite short hand for sarcasm whenever it seems like it would not be obvious to a few.
Also in their current stories-
12-year-old arrested in DC for attempted car-jacking
He jus tryna get a hoopdie so he can be drivin to skool an shiet, cracka. If huwyte devils be givings up dey car, dis ain't be happinin, shiet.
WHOA WHOA WHOA.
This could have been a completely moral car-jacking.
For example, he could be repossessing his stolen wealth by car-jacking a politician or lobbyist.
Whatever happened to his family needed a loaf of car to eat?
What a bizarre stance to have. “It’s so terrible that more people aren’t informing on their friends and family to have their guns taken away!” Why is there an assumption there should be a lot of those?
The behavior of the left makes sense once you realize that literally every single person left of center is a Bolshevik.
Correct. The point here is that all of your friends and family should be informants for the regime.
Leftists actually believe that all gun owners are gun owners because they want to murder people.
They believe this because all of the people who own guns on their side of the fence, own guns because they want to murder people.
This is the same line of thinking that happens from officials regarding other kinds of laws.
"There aren't enough people being arrested/sentenced for x/rape/murder/downloading a car, we need to pump up those rookie numbers!"
The simplest reason that these things aren't happening as often as claimed by some never occurs to them.

It should be mandatory that the people signing off on Red Flag orders are the first ones through the door.
