If you played soccer at some competitive level, like a travel team, then yes. If it's just intramurals, then no.
No, you wouldn't. She's arguably the best female player in the world. Her technique, change of pace, dribbling, and feints would utterly annihilate you. As just some guy (your words), I'd be surprised if you get 1 goal past her.
I'm not sure if you watch the sport, but I watch and have played for almost two decades. I'm pretty good technique-wise and I'm very athletic. She would probably beat me in a 1v1 match. Elite male players would make her look like a joke, but a random guy would look like a fool against her.
Those U15 teams that beat the US women's team, they're full of phenomenal young male players with boatloads of potential who've trained for a decade. You are not them, I'm afraid. Those kids would make a fool of you too.
What she trained her entire life for I can achieve in 2 months of training, and I haven't touched a football in 14 years, and haven't played a sport in 10.

Picking a semi-endurance event at random, the 10k run:
In 2020, the slowest woman in the 10k run at the Olympics ran it in 33:10.
Running a 10k in 33:33 puts you in the top 1% of men.
Maybe you could get up tomorrow and run a 10k in 33:00, and be the equivalent of an Olympic-level female middle-distance runner. But in that case, you're not "just some guy", you're also faster than 99 men out of 100.
The disparity between men and women is less for endurance events than for something like grip strength, and soccer involves a lot of continuous motion and endurance.
Soccer does not involve one of our two key advantages - grip strength.
It's still an absurd advantage, but less significant than other sports.

when it comes to athleticism, 90% of men are better than 99% of women. and the top 1% of women are still pretty damn terrible. it's biology. before powerlifting orgs started allowing men to compete as women, the top 1000 women in history benched only 230lbs. if you're a guy and you bench 230, you're such a little bitch that people laugh at you when you get it certified. you're not even in the 100k, and 99% of guys won't even bother to get it certified because it's that pathetic.
