Not going to claim to be an expert on him, but from what I have watched of him, he seems pretty consistently against censorship and cancel culture. When the trannies went after that one vtuber over Hogwarts he was doing the whole "not all trannies are bad" thing while shitting on the ones that were terminally online.
I would say he occupies a good niche, but I wouldn't expect him to get too deep into pointing out root causes of some of these problems.

That's pretty cool, but giving up rights to your own IP is always a bad idea. Good on him for not letting them take the company at least.
Good on him for standing up but he hired and courted them. Remember, he put it in that laughably bad eSports furry in the game.
