I doubt that very much, but it's especially unlikely for a couple of reasons. One is that replacements like him are a protected class and the other is that he's constantly recording everything he does. That would be idiotic in any other circumstance, but it would be a huge trail to whoever might actually dare to do anything. Not that I actually expect anyone to really do anything.
