Strangely "KIA boyz" are only a big problem in a few cities; Baltimore, Saint Louis, Philadelphia, Milwaukee. Such a random selection of cities. I guess we'll never know what the connection is.

This is a perfect example why 'soft on crime' doesn't work. Because the criminals know you're soft on crime.
They were saying stuff like 'it's a misdemeanor, three weeks' and 'cops can't chase you if you do dangerous stuff.'
Absolute lunacy empowering these psychos, but that's what the progressive cities keep doing.
Also, one of the comments. I have no clue if it's real (I'm leaning toward bullshit), but I like the idea:
Real or not, eventually it'll become reality if the state refuses to maintain order.
Strangely, it's a bigger problem in western Michigan than it is in Detroit, almost entirely underage kids that won't face any charges. We've had kids livestreaming their police chase in their stolen kia.
Bring back corporal punishment. I don't care how much libshits whine, these boys aren't coming from the kind of black family that beats them TOO MUCH
problem with corporal punishment for blacks is their mommas use it as punishment for everything and anything, you get beat for talking back, you get beat for stealing, you get beat for accidentally dropping a plate, you even get beat because momma's pissed off at someone at work today. instead of instilling an actual sense of moral right and wrong, all they learned was pavlovian response of not getting momma angry, they all act like good bois who dindu nuffin in front of their momma, but the restraints come right off when they're out of momma's sight and think she's not going to find out their criminal acts
LMAO their biggest complaint about getting hit is that they're too big of pussies to get over it later in life, which just tells me they shouldn't be allowed to be alive.
Getting hit/beat as a punishment is a fine lesson. It teaches you that you need to watch your fucking mouth/actions, because not everyone is soft and some people will beat you half to death for crossing them. So it's best to have that strong memory of the pain of getting whooped, and take it into consideration before you do whatever it is you're about to do.
Funny, a lot more men have this engrained into than women, because even if your parents didn't do it, most of us prolly got beat up or at least got into a fight over talking shit or being an asshole.
Women these days think they can say or do anything to a man and get away with it. And unfortunately, they do for the most part. But sometimes they meet a man who doesn't give a damn, and that's lovely.
I believe also Toronto.
Oh the irony. The thick, thick irony. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
On a bed of your money.
They sleep soundly, safe in the knowledge that no one will ever hold them accountable for their crimes.
With metal bars on their windows
You may remember Baltimore, home of wonders such as schools which an average GPA of less than 1. Well, they're back and dumber than ever!
Sadly, this is not satire.
I'm sure this will help.

...So...
...Maryland Democrats...can we talk...about trans kids?!
Maryland just passed gender affirmation Medicaid requirements. But, don't forget the suicide rate is higher post op. I'm very optimistic about this change.
but the frontal lobes will never get fully developed....
Too bad they’ll never let the panhandle join WV.
So by this logic, women who get raped while walking home by themselves at night, should be sued for making it too easy for the rapists right?
Completely retarded.
By this logic, I think we're supposed to sue their parents, for having offspring that are easy to overpower.
N
Funny that they're not condemning/suing tiktok and youtube over the hosting and dissemination of criminal instruction manuals. I would have at least expected a dozen or so hit pieces in the Washington Post and the New York Times about the dangers of criminal radicalization that tiktok and youtube pose.
Lawl.. its like they saying certain traffic laws are racists cause certain demographic break those rules more often.
Your nigger problem is not the car company's problem.
