Earlier this year, Maryland Democrats in the name of "racial justice" also put forward a bill to block anyone under the age of 25 from being charged with felony murder due to their "frontal lobes not being fully developed."

Maryland just passed gender affirmation Medicaid requirements. But, don't forget the suicide rate is higher post op. I'm very optimistic about this change.
