They WISH they could pull a Stalin or Killing fields, in practice it's like Arkham city in all the cities under full blue control and the rural areas fighting a guerilla war.
I wouldn't be surprised if America is heading less for a 'communist utopia' but ironically pre civil war state where loyalty to your state is higher than loyalty to your country.

I'd like the return of States. Since the War of Northern Aggression, all we have had are administrative districts.
States are territorially sovereign, provinces are not. That we still refer to Ohio or Connecticut as "states" is nothing more than fantasy and tradition.

I'm seeing some places flying the state flag higher than the US flag. It's happening in the southeast/red southwest
I wouldn't put it past them to drone suburbs until there is nothing left.
